Lovely property in beautiful Rio Del Mar. Former Sunset Magazine Showcase Home, fantastic architecture and great views, the home overlooks the Seascape Golf Course and ocean. The home is fully equipped for a relaxing vacation where you can sit by the fire, watch the stars at night from the deck or listen to the waves lull you to sleep.
For activities there are two beaches within an easy walking distance (5 minute walk) and many more beaches close by as well. Surfing and sunbathing are great sport in our area! There are fabulous restaurants also within walking distance. The unique town of Aptos is great for antiquing and dining to your hearts content or you can visit the Village of Capitola for a romantic evening with a beach walk and a beach front dinner.
The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is a 10 minute drive where you can ride the roller coasters and play the games. Very fun for the kids and adults, too.
