This house is located in the gated Sea Pines Plantation on Hilton Head Island. It has provided my family with years of vacation memories. It's a third row house to the beach which we have always walked. The path leading to the beach has bathrooms, grills, pavillion for gatherings,and picnic tables. South Beach Marina is 1/4 mile from the house which has restaurants, outdoor live music during the summer season, the famous Salty Dog T-Shirt store, other shopping, bait shop, parasailing, jet skiis,fishing, a General Store,tennis and much more. You can bicycle to the Marina or walk. At night the trail is lit. Two miles from the house and still inside the plantation is the famous Harbour Town. It's a gorgeous harbour with beautiful yachts, shopping, restaurants,cruises, fishing etc... and special live music for children by Gregg Russell under the old oak tree. Don't forget to walk to the top of the Harbour Town Lighthouse! It'a a beautiful view of the harbour, the golf course, the water.......
The house is 1800 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. All have their own bathrooms. The living room and dining room is one large room combined. All rooms have been newly painted with brand new carpet. Enjoy
