Come to Hilton Head and enjoy one of the islands best beaches. We stayed at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis and fell in love with it. There is everything you need right here. On-site restaurant, store, bike rental, two pools (oceanfront), shuffleboard, FREE children's program,(in season) and tennis. There is also a coin-operated laundry available, as well as every imaginable amenity inside our unit. NEW IN 2010 -- 2 FLAT SCREEN TV"S AND HIGH SPEED INTERNET!!!!
We are continuously updating our unit. Most furniture and bedding is new as well as the refrigerator, microwave, dishes, etc... We want it to be as nice as possible so you will keep coming back (okay, we want to enjoy it too!).
This is facing the south side (nice view from balcony) and is literally 220 steps to the beach. Also, our second bedroom has full-over-full bunk beds that can accommodate four guests. It appears to be very sturdy, although I cannot claim to have personally volunteered for the top bunk, yet!!! The master has a comfortable, queen-size bed and flat screen TV with cable.
We think you will be very comfortable here after your relaxing day at the beach!

The villa was clean and well maintained, and was everything the owners promised and more. We had a concern with the wireless internet, and the owner took care of it immediately. We always eat at Mellow Mushroom and Guiseppi's. In addition, we drove to Bluffton to eat at the Squat and Gobble. (Loved the cheesecake, by the way!) We went sightseeing in Savannah and waited in line for lunch at Mrs. Wilkes Boarding House. (This one is NOT to be missed. Excellent!) Not only would I recommend this villa to friends, but we intend to return next April for another week of sunny beach time.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We really enjoyed staying in the condo Memorial Day weekend. I liked that it was on the corner with a huge porch! We also took advantage of the grills and picnic tables. Thanks!

Thank you so much for allowing us to use your beautiful condo for our long weekend in October. The condo is so nice and updated with all the new furniture and decor. We enjoyed the extra windows with the natural light in the Master and Dining area. The kids were thrilled with the bunk beds, and we loved sitting on the deck at night listening to the waves. You have a great condo in the perfect location!
