The master bedroom and the living room overlook the ocean from this FIRST-floor villa. The guest bedroom has its own bathroom and can be closed off from the rest of the living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, even a spice cabinet for your cooking enjoyment. The entire villa is tastefully decorated and has wood laminate flooring in most areas, tile bath floors and new pillow top king bed suites for comfortable sleeping!

Harbor Island is a small gated community located near Fripp Island and Hunting Island State Park, surrounded by the ocean and Saint Helena Sound. Swim at the Villa complex's private pool, or take a long walk on Harbor Island's spectacular beach. You will also have free access to the beach club with its Olympic-size pool, fitness center, playground and tennis courts. The area has great recreation with several beautiful golf courses nearby, plentiful fishing, crabbing, and shrimping, as well as unique shopping around and in historic downtown Beaufort.

Harbor Island is a small 2 1/2 mile Gated Community. Once you have discovered the beauty and privacy of Harbor Island, you will want to come back every year!

                        Eva, We had a wonderful, wonderful time at the beach! Your condo is just absolutely lovely -- so nicely appointed and decorated. The two bedroom layout was ideal for us.                         Thank you for allowing my family to rent your condo this summer! Your home was very comforable and provided everything we needed for our month long stay. The condo has excellent views of the ocean and pool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the extra linens were very useful. The home was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The owner was extremely helpful in helping us manage any complications during our month long stay. Activities we would recommend include fishing on Hunting Island, Beaufort Waterfront activities, the Hunting Island lighthouse, renting equipment from Barefoot Bubba's, shopping at TJMax and JcPenny, and eating at Barbara Jean's and Panini's in Beaufort.

                        Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

                      About the owner: We have enjoyed Harbor Island and fell in love with the location since we started vacationing here in the early 80's. We love the setting in being one with nature and feeling like you're on your own Private Island! (We are down in Beaufort in this photo.)

                      We love getting away from it all and heading to Harbor Island with Private Gated Entrance and 2 1/2 miles of private beach to stroll, excellent 'crabbing', looking for sand dollars watching the Dolphins and totally RELAXING!!

                      The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
                      You will be only 15 minutes to beautiful downtown Beaufort's waterfront park for marina, dining, historical homes, park and entertainment. Hunting Island State Park and Beach is only 5 minutes from Harbor Island. Savannah, GA (1 1/2 hours), Hilton Head, SC (1 hour) and Charleston, SC (2 hours) can be a trip done in a day from Harbor Island.
