My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay in this unit. The views are spectacular. Lots of things for your eyes to gaze at, either out towards St. John and Tortolla or right below at the nearby beach and bay - where you can see many sea turtles come to the surface. The restaurants at Point Pleasant exceeded my expectations. The Agave restaurant is very lovely (menu includes plenty of fresh fish and filet mignon - loved it all!). Guests from nearby hotels come here to eat too. Fungi's is great too - Food and drinks are yummy and sitting down over the ocean is calming. I absolutely love Coki beach and was very happy to see that it IS a very easy 5 min walk. FYI - This unit is right next to the restaurant and resort lobby which we found to be very convenient. We will definitely be back to Point Pleasant! Thanks for making our birthday week special!
Owner response:So nice to hear the guests enjoyed they stay with us, and hope to see them back again , in the near future.

We loved our stay in our Pt Pleasant condo in Feb 2010. We felt very much at home while cooking in our well equipped kitchen, enjoying magnificient views from our balcony and relaxing in the tasteful decor. Don't miss the beautiful bar at the Agave...

We rented this condo in August 2009 for five days and enjoyed it immensely! It is located on the top of a steep hill (Point Pleasant) which required some skillful driving, but the view from the large terrace is worth it!! The apartment itself is spacious and decorated well. It had every appliance and resource we could think of (from blender to beach towels) and more. It's conveniently located, close to two good restaurants, Red Hook, Coki Beach etc. The rental agent, Julie Smith, and Point Pleasant staff were really helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others.
