  • We rented this condo in August 2009 for five days and enjoyed it immensely! It is located on the top of a steep hill (Point Pleasant) which required some skillful driving, but the view from the large terrace is worth it!! The apartment itself is spacious and decorated well. It had every appliance and resource we could think of (from blender to beach towels) and more. It's conveniently located, close to two good restaurants, Red Hook, Coki Beach etc. The rental agent, Julie Smith, and Point Pleasant staff were really helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others.
