North est of Siena a small house, enclosed within 2ha of garden situated on a hilltop with fine views to the Pratomagno and Casentino. It is within easy reach 'città d'arte' - Siena - 22km, Firenze - 70, Arezzo - 30. Nearby there is the terminal centre of Rapolano - 10 km and a raiding stables - 3 km.
The house (part of farmhouse where live the owners, husband and wife) is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, telephone, tv, sat and stereo. Within the surroundings there are available for guest's use a tennis court, bowling and swimming pool of 15x6.
The local center is Ambra - 6km, and is well served with post office, bank, chemist, bars, restaurants and shops. Ideally suited for full relaxation, complete quiet and privacy

Dear Ottavio and Laura. We had a wonderful experience at the Villa. The Villa and location were awesome. The Villa is not "easy" to find the first time your are searching for it, but once found, it was exactly what we had in mind, even more! Ottavio and Laura are devoted to their guests, and speak French and English. About 25 minutes from Sienna, and about 50 minutes from Frienze. Tennis court, ping-pong table, huge private pool...good to have. We were travelling from Canada and shared this link to many of our friends.
