Our MAR Y SOL condominiums (Rm. 6) are located at 107 E. Bahama St. on the beachside of South Padre Island, TX.. One to two minute walk to a beach access, and to several restaurants and bars in either direction.
Built in 2006, Mar y Sol condominiums has a swimming pool and parking for two vehicles in one parking space. Living area features large sofa sleeper, recliner and cable TV. Dining area features a dining table for four persons and three bar stools in the bar area adjacent to the kitchen. Kitchen features a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. Master bedroom has complete furnishings and a queen size bed with comfortable bedding, cable TV and large closets. Second bedroom has two full size beds with comfortable bedding, cable TV, and large closets.
