PEAK SUMMER/FALL (May 26-Oct 15) .. $150/night
LOW WINTER (Oct 16-Dec 15) ........ $195/night
HOLIDAY (Dec 15-Jan 05) ........... $250/night (5 night minimum)
* There is a one time cleaning fee of $120 which is not included in the rates.
** Also, a Security Deposit of $250 will be required for all reservations and
will be returned after cleaning inspection and review.
*** All reservations have a 5 day cancellation policy.
