Located on the famous Old 17 Mile Drive at the turning point for the historic motor race, the house offers easy access to all the activities and amenities of Pebble Beach, including golf at Golf Digest's No. 2 ranked Pebble Beach Golf Course (as well as 17 other courses in the area), Spa treatments at Travel & Leisure's No. 3 ranked Lodge at Pebble Beach Hotel Spa, tennis at the Spanish Bay Tennis Pavilion, hiking, biking and horseback riding through the Del Monte forest and much more. Leave from the house to drive along the scenic 17 Mile Drive through one of the most stunning areas of ocean topography or walk to the beach at Point Joe to watch for whales and sea lions at play.
Newly furnished and remodeled with a brand new, fully-equipped kitchen, all new appliances and new bathrooms, the house comfortably sleeps 6-8 with ocean and golf course views from the living room, Master BR and front guest bedroom. The third bedroom can be set up with either 2 twin beds or 1 king bed and a very comfortable convertible sofa in the living room sleeps an additional 2 adults or children. The enclosed backyard offers a secure play area for children and pets (small pets considered for an additional fee) while adults can enjoy cocktails by the front yard fire pit watching the sun set over Spanish Bay.
The historic towns of Carmel and Monterey are less than 10 minutes' drive and offer a host of additional entertainment, shopping and dining. Browse the charming art galleries and restaurants in Carmel or visit Monterey with its Old Fisherman's Wharf, Steinbeck's Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
Cancellation and refund policy: $800 security deposit required at time of reservation. Security deposit becomes non-refundable 60 days prior to arrival date. $150 cleaning fee.

Year Purchased: 2008
As a young boy, I spent many summers at my grandfather's house in Pebble Beach and then attended Robert Louis Stevenson School. I have many very fond memories of Pebble Beach and finally bought a house in 2008 (only a block away from my grandfather's old house) as a weekend getaway for my family. We hope others who rent our home will be able to experience all the wonders of this stunning area and create unique memories of their own.
