No detail has been missed! Beach Toys, Matts, Cooler, Boogie Boards, Bikes, Exercise Equipment are all provided for your enjoyment as well as the use of your own Private Beach Club within walking distance from the home! After spending the day at the beach, golfing, or sight seeing in the area you can enjoy the ocean view and sunsets from the spacious deck backing to the 7th hole on the Shorecliffs Golf Course while you BBQ your favorite dinner. The spacious enclosed front yard with six foot stone wall and "doggie door" also makes this home pet friendly with an extra pet deposit.
The family room has a 60" HDTV and surround sound stereo with all the premium movie channels and ESPN Red Zone. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to make a gourmet meal & the bar equipped with a shaker & glasses to make your favorite martinis or cocktails. Each night you will sleep in the down comforter beds with high quality pillows and sheets.
The Master bedroom is equipped with a King Bed, flat screen HDTV & DVD. The 2nd bedroom includes a Queen Bed +1 Twin Bed with TV, DVD, and Playstation. The third bedroom is equipped with a Queen Bed +1 Twin. An inflatable bed with linens, is also available for setup in the Family room to offer sleeping accommodations for up to 10 people.
Arrive to find a continental snack basket with coffee, teas, snacks and other goodies. Bathrooms are fully equipped and supplied with Hawaiian shower gels and lotions.

This magnificent property is a dream to all of our guests whom have stayed here in the past. This property has so many attributes which are perfect for any family looking to have a relaxing and convenient property to stay during your time here. We have a beautiful Ocean & Golf Course View. We are located on the 7th hole of the Shorecliffs Golf Course and within walking distance to the beach and private beach club.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We like to walk or ride our bikes to the beach, have dinner and enjoy the ocean breezes. The beaches are great for kids and just a 7 minute walk. Everything you need is walking distance. We are situated close and right in between the downtown area of San Clemente, Capistrano Beach & Dana Point. There are great restaurants and cafes, spas, pilates, and shops. But mostly we enjoy just chilling at home, taking in the view.
