This home-away-from-home two bedroom, two bath Dillon Valley West Condo is located in the heart of the Colorado Rockies! A weekend or week here can refresh your mind, body, and spirit! The access to nature, shopping, restaurants, and fun is unlimited-you are the boss! This unit is fully and tastefully furnished with all new furniture. It has all the requirements of a home away to make your stay convenient and uncomplicated.
There is even a notebook with discounts to restaurants and a list of ideas available to make your planning easier. The condo has a back door that opens right onto a shared lawn and parking or a short set of steps on the front. It also has a wonderful, old wood burning stove in the living area. The bus comes right to the end of the drive way to take you to town, the ski resorts, or near by trail heads.
ACTIVITIES? Skiing, hiking, biking, walking, sleeping, golf, fishing in mountain streams, or sailing on Lake Dillon! This area is also a paradise for river rafting and hot air ballooning. There are cultural activities such as concerts in the Dillon Amphitheater, art galleries, and film festivals. Rodeos and street fairs can also be found in the various nearby communities.
In one bedroom is a queen size bed and the other has a double-sized set of bunk beds. Both bedrooms have large closets. The queen size couch in the living room opens to a comfortable bed as well.
The kitchen has everything you will need from pots and pans to spices! The two bathrooms both have full-size bath tubs and showers. Also included is TV, VCR/DVD player, a variety of games, stereo with iPod connection, and all the amenities you could ask for! There is also wireless available in the unit.
There is a $35.00 cleaning fee and PLEASE-NO SMOKING! I can accept PayPal too.

I have lived in Colorado for the past 16 years but have just now been able to purchase a place in the mountains. Every time I go up my whole being seems to relax and refresh! I enjoy being able to be outside, listen to nature, and end the day in a nice restaurant! My children can also come up and feel right at home because of the variety of things that are available for them to do.
Why the Owner Chose Dillon Valley West
Dillon, Colorado is in the heart of all the activities I enjoy. My neighborhood is a mixture of condominiums and single family homes which mean that there are many people living there all year long. Everyone I have met is friendly and helpful. Walking in the early morning or late afternoon is an adventure all in itself because of the variety of birds and animals. I also enjoy being so close to the lake and all the activities it offers-including the Tiki Bar right at the marina!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This two bedroom condo is located right in the heart of Summit County. It is close to skiing, biking, hiking, even rodeos in the summer! I can shop at the galleries or the number of discount stores. Restaurants of every flavor and price are near by to choose from. Outdoor opportunities are unlimited. AND, if I stay at home, the Club House has two hot tubs, a pool, laundry facilities, pool tables and even a sauna.
