This house, in "The Hollywood Hills of The Monterey Peninsula" is a gem and gets raves and repeat visitors. Hardwood floors throughout, with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, dining room and master bedroom make for a very open feel and gives a great view to the backyard patios and gardens, yet maintaining total privacy.
The backyard is entirely fenced in for complete privacy and is also ideal for pets. Organic vegetable garden beds abound, and depending upon the time of year, enjoy fresh picked strawberries, tomatoes, beans and more! Enjoy the roses and herb gardens while you sunbathe on our sunny patio.
The master bedroom has super comfy queen-sized bed with a French door opening out to the backyard and a modern travertine marble master bathroom. The second bedroom sleeps two - one in the twin bed and another in the single futon. Bathrooms are modern, outfitted with fluffy towels; one is in the master bedroom.
For you foodies out there, the kitchen is fully outfitted with all of the modern conveniences and appliances, gas stove, many excellent cookbooks. The dining room table looks out over the patio and backyard gardens.
Pets are welcome with additional fee of $75. per pet per visit (not per night.)
Food and wine is our passion, we are ready to advise and assist. As longtime Monterey Peninsula residents, we can guide you and make recommendations for activities, dining, tours and more.
