Relax and enjoy the pristine Beaches of South Walton. High Pointe is the place where you want to be! High Pointe is on the south side of Hwy. 30A, so all units have a view of the Gulf. The private beach is not crowded, yet is convenient to Rosemary Beach and Seaside. This 108-unit condo overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.
It has a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfall, hot tub, kiddie pool, 2 clay tennis courts, playground, shuffleboard, and several BBQ areas. Enjoy your favorite beverage along with a meal or a snack at Senor Mojito’s, which overlooks the Gulf. High Pointe Resort is convenient to fine and casual dining, shopping, golfing, fishing, boating, parasailing, jet skiing, water parks, miniature golf, cinema, aquarium --you name it, we have it close by! High Pointe is within walking distance to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.
Our 2nd floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo is comfortably furnished and equipped for your enjoyment and need. Each bedroom has its own private bath. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a king-sized bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom.
The 2 bunk beds each sleep 3 - for a total of 6 (double-sized futon on the bottom and twin beds on the top). All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and DVD players.
If you enjoy cooking, take advantage of our upgraded, fully-equipped kitchen with corian countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, smooth-surface cooktop, and microwave. Our condo also has a full-sized washer/dryer for your convenience. Our dining room comfortably seats 9 – 6 at the table and 3 at the counter on bar stools.
We offer FREE high-speed wireless internet service, FREE long-distance calling (United States and Canada), and FREE Beach Service (2 chairs and an umbrella already set up in front of the buildings).

We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over who will be occupying the premises.
State and County taxes (11.5%) are not included in the rates.
Housekeeping fee is included in weekly rentals only.
A security/damage deposit of $300 is required to reserve the unit. Guests are responsible for any and all damages to the unit, excluding normal wear and tear. The security/damage deposit, less any charges for damages, will be returned to Guest within fourteen (14) days of departure.
