This beautiful, new home is immaculate and in tip top condition - It is on 6 acres of beautiful land with Wappingers Creek at the bottom of the property.
It has an open airy layout with a master bedroom on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. There are 2 bathrooms on the first floor and 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is a totally separate guestroom which is attached to the house and has its own full bathroom. This house is ideal for entertaining with a beautiful deck and patio with hot tub and a gorgeous sunroom overlooking the yard.
The location is perfect; few miles off the Taconic Parkway and 10 miles from the center of Rhinebeck. We are under a mile from a park with sports fields and a swimming pond and 2 miles from a quaint country store.
The home is set off the road which allows for total privacy. Take advantage of great restaurants, antique shows, county fairs, Bard College, the Culinary Institute, Rhinebeck Center for Performing Arts, and a wide variety of outdoor activities.
We are convenient to both Amtrak and Metro-North.

This Country Home was very clean, comfortable and placed in a secluded location, perfect for a good weekend away. A nice open floor plan downstairs with warm and cozy bedrooms, this house had it all. The house is well equipped for cooking and a hot tub to round out the day!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed at this house for several weekends last summer. It is a great property with a large and very private backyard. The house is clean and well-maintained. The owners were super easy to work with. They accommodated a schedule change for us. They also provided a list of things to do in the area. It is a 15min drive to Rhinebeck which has a number of nice restaurants, coffee/wine shops, etc. Highly recommended.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
