Our condo at the prestigious Fairway Villa is furbished with quality furniture that has a tropical Bahamas flair. The entire flooring is tiled accented with attractive area carpet. There is a love seat, a dining set in the room, a lanais set in the balcony for additional seating arrangement.
The full kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, wine glasses, appliances for the guest convenience. It is your home away from home.
Our guest really appreciates having a washer and dryer in the condo unit, this is hard to find in other condos. Take the elevator 2 floor up, you will be amazed with the 360 degree views of the city of Honolulu, in Hawaiian means Sheltered Bay, you can also relax on the sunning lounge chair, take a dip in the pool, treat yourself to the therapeutic hot tub, or grille your favorite meals. There is 24 hour security staffs.
The condo is a short stroll to world famous Waikiki Beach, a stone throw from Hyatt, Moana Surfrider hotels. Waikiki Beach has been the playground of the Hawaiian Royalties for centuries , Waikiki in Hawaiian means Sprouting Waters. You can stroll on Kuhio Ave and Kalakaua Ave. and find anything you want from souvenirs to the best international cuisines. Across from Walina St. is a grocery store for your daily convenience.
Start your day watching the sunrise from the blue Pacific ocean from your lanais, go for a walk, jog or run along the Ala Wai Blvd to the Kapiolani Park, hike up the Diamond Head, have lunch in your condo for nourishment, take a nap. When you are rested, go for a swim in the balmy water.

The condois nice and clean and has tremendous views over waikiki buildings ,ocean ,Diamond head etc.The lanai we used all the time for breakfast and looking over the golfcourse and canal.The pool and bbq area two levels up on top of the building is fantastic and very relaxing after touring and sightseeing of the island.Security of the building is outstanding .We had many questions which were answered promply.The listing and photos are accurate and we are recommending this condo to every one.You will enjoy your stay in the faiway villa The location is in a very good position and you can walk every where from here to the beach and waikiki areas. We recomment to try the cheese factory for its exellent food and the tour company Roberts hawaii they were always on time to pick us up for some tours.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.
