Very spacious 81st Street home located a short walk to the beach in Sea Isle City. Tons of space - this oversized house can easily and comfortably accommodate a large or multiple families, up to 14 people. Excellent family rental property at a great price!
The first floor is set up for family fun. The bonus room has cozy furniture, a TV, Xbox, and games a plenty. A sliding glass door opens up to the back yard and a private outdoor shower. With a table and chairs it is a great place to relax while barbequing on the gas grill. Just off of the bonus room is the garage complete with a ping pong table.
The second floor is a mix of comfort and style. The kitchen, dining room and living room have an open floor plan. From the dining room, there is a step down into the living room. With a large wrap around leather couch, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the expansive covered porch it is perfect for entertaining. This floor also has a full bath, queen size bedroom (with a deck), and enclosed laundry closet.
The third floor is all about sleeping! The master suite has a queen size bed, full bath and deck. The second room is perfect for kids with two sets of bunk beds. The third room has queen size bed. There is also another full bath on this floor.
Each deck has chairs so you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air.
Home includes free WiFi, high speed internet, media library, six (6) beach tags and off street parking for 4 cars.

Why the Owner Chose Sea Isle City
Living in New Jersey, it is a breeze to fall in love with the Jersey Shore. After vacationing in Sea Isle for a few summers it quickly became our favorite shore town. It is the perfect place for our families to spend time together. We enjoy watching all of the cousins play on the beach and then relaxing together back at the house. We have the greatest time together in Sea Isle playing games, going for ice cream, riding bikes, golfing, and just being a family. What more could we ask?
