The first master bedroom has a KING size bed and is directly overlooking the water.
The 2nd master bedroom has a queen size bed and a window with Gulf front water view which is very unique.
The 3rd bedroom has a two twin size size beds.
The open oversize balcony directly overlooking the water is big enough for your entire family and friends.
GREAT kitchen with granite countertops, tile back-splash, seating for 4 at the bar and ready for you to prepare a meal....or you may just want to walk down the beach or enjoy Calypso's Pool Side Tiki Bar for drinks!
GREAT LOCATION....just 1/2 block east of Pier Park on Front Beach Road, the New open-air, upscale shopping, dining and entertainment area! We are close to lots of great restaurants, shopping, golf and recreational areas!
All bedrooms have cable tv.

Rented a condo at Calypso resort. Great view opens up from the balcony: beautiful emerald waters, sugar-white sand, dolphins playing further away, seagulls fishing, we even got to see bunch of stingrays swimming by – that was so spectacular! Our condo was very pleasant as well: nicely decorated, spotless, and welcoming. The kitchen was large and had it all. Several good restaurants were located within the walking distance from the condo.Recommended for: People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

Calypso Resort was an awesome place. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were very nice and the tastefully decorated. We highly recommend this place to anyone who is planning a vacation in Panama City Beach. You will not be disappointed! Short walk to shopping center, fun areas.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Our condo was nice, quiet, and exactly what an older couple needed for a tranquil getaway on the beach. My wife loves cooking so having a fully equipped kitchen was a must. Cleanliness was a priority too. We booked this condo during fall – a perfect combo of good rates, nice weather, and peace. Will be back next fall.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We rented through VRBO. We were on the higher floor and had a great view of the beach, pier, and Pier Park. The condo was the cleanest we have ever found. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything need to cook and create meals. The company provided so many extras that we didn't have to buy anything but food.The facility was great and we had no problems with parking and/or other access. We thought the floor would be "too high" but found it was perfect for the time of year (Thanksgiving). We got great shots of the sunset at the pier.Would definitely recommend this condo and owner to anyone at anytime.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We rented through Emerald Coast Destinations, which I highly recommend. Their customer service is impeccable.The unit was amazing, very clean and comfy beds.Furnitures are well kept, looks like new. Plenty space and 3 bathrooms made our life easier, nobody has to wait take a shower.The location of Calypso couldn't be beat! It was perfectly situated across the street from Pier Park, which made up for any mishaps we had with our unit. It was wonderful to be able to go across the street to Pier Park from our unit, to shop, dine out, or walk around. Front Beach Road can get very busy and congested, so we would use Calypso's garage cross walk over Front Beach Road, then take the elevator down to the street level. Very convenient!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

My family and I enjoyed 5 days at the Calypso. We were very pleased with what we found. The resort was exactly like the pictures. We had a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo - very nice - almost too nice for the beach. There is plenty enough room so everyone can relax. The beds were soft, the only place we have stayed that seemed like home. Kids enjoyed the free DVD rentals. The beach chairs and umbrella was great also. We will definitely visit again. Our only complaint which has nothing to do with the resort, is that the people next door to bumped the walls until 2:00am then every morning by 7:00am moved chairs around on the balcony, metal chairs make alot of noise. Other than that we had a great week.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

My husband and I had a wounderful stay here at the Calypso very clean well furnished Bob was a great help with me on booking this was my first time booking over the web. Thanks Bob for everything.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.
