The house we rented for the Christmas week to bring our family together was wonderful. It's located near a major freeway with easy access and in a nice neighborhood with lots of shopping and restaurants if we didn't want to cook. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen of kitchenware as we planned many of our meals together and did alot of cooking. The kitchen table expands to seat 6 comfortably and 8-10 if not all adults. The family room was large enough for most of us to sit together and watch a movie and we appreciated having the desktop computer to check daily news and emails, etc. When we couldn't get the hottub to heat up, the owner was immediately available to address the problem and got a technician out to fix. It turned out to be a simple issue and no further problems. The only issue we had with the house was the sofa bed in the loft is not padded well, and was not fit for adults. However, two kids on this sofa bed would work fine. the other beds in the bedrooms were great. The master bedroom is spacious and the bathroom is large as well. All in all. this house was a great home away from home for our holiday gathering, and we'd definitely use it again!
Owner response:As of 2/4/09 we now provide an egg shell mattress pad for the sleeper sofa to provide additional comort.

We are a german family of 2 adults and 6 children ages 2-10, who spent 7 days at this vacation home in late August. The property situated in a quiet neighborhood was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. In these hot days we all enjoyed the swimming pool, especially the kids didn’t want to come out of the water the whole day. We will definitely consider this home again for our next trip to Phoenix. Thanks for helping make our vacation such a great memory!!

weve just spent two weeks in this property a party of 5 it was amazing great rooms, pool hot tub superb. well stocked kichen. pots pans ,glasses tools every thing you need for baking cooking was there.the beds very very comfy the owner was on hand to answer all that we asked of him nice cool place it was very clean just like a show house id reccomend this property to friends or relative.shops resurants were only a short drive away all we can say the owner provided top drawer service and to top it of computer to stay in touch with family back home what more would you ask for superb

Great house, very clean, well furnished, washer dryer, nice pool and hot tub (though we didn't use hot tub). Nice amenities, great beds, nice big kitchen. Helpful owner. Good location (about 20 minutes from airport; 30 from downtown and Scottsdale.) My family of 5 was extremely comfortable. Board games were welcome as was computer and free wireless internet. Would definitely recommend.

We rented this house for our annual trek to Phoenix to visit my wifes family for Thanksgiving. We barely got out of town due to the snowstorm - after a long wait and flight with two young kids we were pleasantly surpirsed to arrive at the house which is must better than advertised. The house is located close to everything including I-10, a ton of golf courses (and a Casino - shhh dont tell my wife). The other reviews are accurate a great place for a family vacation with youg or older children, a place to stay for a golf weekend pretty much everthing. Great experience, great value for the money.

My family and my sister's family stayed here, it was just as comfortable as being at home, but the weather was alot warmer. We love to do Halloween in Arizona and the area was perfect for this. My children had a fabulous time in the pool, I thought they were going to grow gills. The house is in a perfect area for shopping, sight seeing and great restaurants. We did have a problem with the pool on the first day and David was very fast on getting somone to come and fix the problem. After that the pool was a great temperature.
