I moved my family back to AZ with a plan on purchasing a home. I didn't want to rent an apartment or a house for an extended period and given the market, I figured that buying a home would be a speedy process so planned on a three month stay. We discovered VRBO on the internet and figured what better than to take a long vacation rental. Just bring the family and our suitcases and move in. And we did, and it was everything we expected. The house was everything it was advertised to be and the owners are fabulous people. Since this was essentially a relocation back to AZ for my family, this vacation rental house actually became our short term home. We've lived in AZ before and this wasn't really a vacation, so we got down to the business of living. We were not successful in finding a home quickly so we called the owners and asked to stay another month or two and without heisitation, they agreed. It was summer and the house was available, so what the heck. Keep in mind, we were living here, not vacationing here. We treated this house as we would our own. If something needed to be fixed and I could fix it, I did. If it was something that I couldnt' fix, I called the owners and they made sure to take care of it immediately. No hassles whatsoever. In the end, we wound up staying just over five months, and would have stayed longer, likely much longer, if the house remained available. But winter was approaching (the in season) and a good vacation rental in AZ becomes increasing difficult to find. This one was already rented. I highly recommend this property. I highly recommend this property's owners. We remain in touch via email and you will too. PS: If we don't find a home by this summer and the house is available, we will return.

I thought we entered this review last January... but I don't see it so I'm entering it again... This is a beautiful home. It is very spacious with a large spa and waterfall in the backyard. The backyard is very large and wonderful for any type of gathering. The house is well stocked with everything that you need for cooking and entertaining. It also has a doggie door, which our 2 dogs really appreciated. It's a very comfortable home. We highly recommend this home.
