Beautiful Vineyard Home – 3 bedroom/2 bath (up to 8+ guests, children welcome, no pets please)

In the heart of the tranquil vineyards of Limerick Lane, just a couple of miles south of charming and historic Healdsburg, Santarini’s is a beautiful, newly renovated Ranch House, on a lovely landscaped acre, surrounded on all sides by vines. Beautifully renovated, this 3 bedroom/2 bath, Ranch House with central heat/AC is filled with love and good times shared over the past decades by several generations of a wonderful Italian Family. They relocated to Healdsburg long ago, at the suggestion of their friend, Cesare Mondavi, (Robert Mondavi’s father).

The fully equipped Chef’s Gourmet Kitchen is the ‘heart’ of the home, featuring stainless steel appliances, including a ‘Five Star’, 6 burner griddle, double oven, professional gas range, mini and large Cuisinart food processors, microwave, blender, coffeemaker/grinder, dishwasher, granite countertops, and a 3 stooled ‘breakfast’ counter. Enter the spacious Great room with an open flowing floor plan; the dining room and kitchen are to your right, the living room is straight ahead, with a hallway on your left, which leads to 3 bedrooms and 2 private shared full baths.

With a large comfy leather sectional sofa, the living room is a great place to gather and enjoy the gas logged fireplace and entertainment center, with a 42” flat screen Sony TV, VHS/DVD player, Comcast cable, and WiFi. A separate small seating area for reading or good conversation sits in a corner behind the sofa and has a small 5 CD player for your listening pleasure.

The first lovely bedroom is graced with a king bed with luscious linens, bedding and beautiful décor. The 2nd Bedroom is also charming and luxurious with a full sized bed. With 2 trundle beds that each convert to King Beds, the 3rd bedroom is oriented with the younger guests in mind, with a TV and VHS/DVD player, as well. The shared full bathrooms are well-appointed with luxurious towels and Proterra toiletries provided (shampoo, shower gel, soaps and lotion.)

Both front and backyards are nicely landscaped and maintained with lawns; there is also a new 8-person Sundance Spa with 3 motors and 30+ jets for a very relaxing and therapeutic experience. The backyard also has a wonderful grape arbor covered seating areas with table and chairs and 2 chaise lounges for ‘soaking it all in’, and a gas barbeque for grilling you ‘roast beast’!

Ideally located, Santarini is a heavenly ‘home away from home’ in the vineyards of South Healdsburg and a great ‘home base’ for exploring and enjoying the diversity of Sonoma County Wine Country. With more than 100 wineries, outstanding restaurants, the Russian River, the Sonoma Coast, and many more attractions and adventures, in the ‘Tuscany of Northern California’; you will likely need at least a week to relax and ‘feel the joy’!
