  We just left from a fun filled week. I can't say enough good things about the unit. Clean, spacious and the balcony view is the best. You can see all the action down below. Great access to the pool and not too crowded. We did have to call the on-site rep the last night due to one of the air conditioners not cooling, but someone was there and fixed it within 30 minutes. We love Baytowne and will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing your place with us. The Laytons from Madison, MS

  We stayed in october a week and then again in early December. So relaxing, blessed with great weather we sat on the beach with very few southerners since it was only 75 degrees but sunny! - gorgeous. We had the whole village right outside our door. Live bands, piano bars dueling to college fight songs, fantastic meals and a general feel of exclusivity. We think it is the best place still providing a feeling of seasons with florida fun and southern charm. Clean condo, ideal location, covered parking and never have to leave campus. We plan to go again soon unless we buy a condo there.

  This condo was fantastic! The location doesn't get any better! We took a shuttle ride to the beach everyday and enjoyed the night life "back at home" each evening! Loved it! Hated to leave!

  The condo is very nice and clean. The facility offers many different activities, however, with family coming had hopes of use of pool only to find it is not heated as in discription. It is not heated during winter months and who needs the heat in summer?

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  Owner response: We are sorry you were dissapointed with the pool - the hot tub was available during your stay. The pool is heated seasonally starting in the spring during the month of March. If there are below freezing temeperatures, in an effort to use energy wisely the homeowner's association may choose to not heat. For anyone reading this review - please feel free to contact us for the latest information on the pool being heated. We have removed the term seasonally heated to avoid confusion since the term can be interpreted different ways.

  We just returned from our vacation in this unit. I must say the description was "right on", it doesn't get any better than this unit! The views were great, could keep an eye on the family or just people watch. More than enough room and very clean. Really need to bring towels from home or expect to wash every day! We had such a good time we are ready to book for next year!!!!
