Ocean view from nearly every window/door! Comfortably elegant condo with Mexican tile floors throughout (except carpeted bedrooms). Watch dolphins play from the lanai or even from the comfort of the living room sofa. Great for two families with kids. Large wrap around porch allows for lots of storage for surf boards and rafts as well as views. No other units or other buildings are on the left side of the unit, just views. Well appointed kitchen has been updated with fashionable lights, marble countertops and tile backsplash. All mattresses have been replaced with new comfort top mattresses.
After a day at the beach, you can choose to cook, BBQ, or go to a restaurant, several of which are within walking distance. After dinner you can go to a movie at the Commons Mall about a mile or go for ice cream. If you get tired of the beach, there is a lot more you can do. You can go to the nearby water theme park, golf, miniature golf, go carts, shopping/outlet malls, feed the alligators at a local eatery, rent a jet ski...
