Fully furnished and completely equipped, this villa offers everything possible to make your vacation a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The kitchen has full-size appliances and all the cooking and eating utensils you will need. The living room has a sleeper sofa and there is a dining room. Includes free wireless internet.
Amenities include large pool, deck with lounge chairs, picnic area and private tennis courts. Within walking distance is Coligny Plaza, with several shops and restaurants.
Based on availability, with its unique floor plan, this villa can be rented as a 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom or even 1 bedroom with small kitchenette. Three night minimum on nightly stays.

Weekly and nightly rentals are available. Nightly rentals are subject to a three night minimum. Some summer weeks may be ineligible for nightly rentals and may require a Saturday to Saturday only stay. Monthly rentals may be available during the months of October to February.
A small deposit will be required at time reservation is made. Balance will be due at check-in. Guests must check-in at check-in office before proceeding to property. Confirmation will be mailed after reservation is made.
