The Estate Home:
Seamlessly connecting architecture and landscape on a level acre with 4,900 sq. ft. of living space. Open arched entrance with high ceilings and amazing spiral staircase welcome guests to this multi level French Chateau. Family and friends will enjoy the living, dining and entertaining areas as they flow into one magnificent space. Outside are two separate courtyards connected by a meandering path. One courtyard has a fountain and hot tub, the other has a gazebo which is surrounded by trees.
Rich cherry wood, travertine stone, and French Tudor windows make up the pallet for this tastefully designed home. Five bedrooms, 4-1/2 baths include a huge upstairs master suite with walk-in shower, oversize spa, changing room and sitting room with fireplace. Main level Master Suite with courtyard access to the Hot Tub, and separate private bath.
Fully appointed Chef’s kitchen, formal dinning room, and outdoor patios connect the home to create a great gathering place and dining experience. Relax in the living room or library with flat screen TV’s.

The location is great, just walking distance to the Pebble Beach Lodge. There you will find great restaurants, fun shops and Stillwater cove, a magical beach to play in the surf or catch the sunset. This area has so much to offer, from car shows to wine tasting, golfing, and horse shows. Their is always something fun happening here.
The Unique Benefits at this Estate
The house is perfect for entertaining, very elegant with lots of room, or just a quiet getaway to enjoy the serenity of Pebble Beach. We have hosted some great catered events. The large kitchen is a real plus. The French door open up to the courtyard to bring the outside in, and the whole house comes alive. The game room with the pool table and piano seems to be a preferred gathering spot.

We just returned from the most wonderful and awesome vacation to Pebble Beach. The trip was for my hubby's 50th. There were 4 couples and this warm and elegant house was more than enough room for all of us. Everyone had their own space they could escape to, and there were so many rooms to gather in and share laughs and make memories. Jill was amazing to work with and I appreciate her being so available during the planning of our vacation and during our stay. Planning for 4 couples can be a challenge and she made it easy. Upon Jill’s recommendation we hired a private chef to come in and cook a birthday dinner that was truly outstanding and memorable...a definite must when staying in this house. After long days of golf, sight-seeing, shopping etc., it was so nice to come home to such a comfortable and spacious house. Its walking distance to Pebble Beach Golf Course/Club House/Shop etc. Once back at the Chateau each day, everyone kicked off their shoes, relaxed, shared some amazing local wines, played pool, and even eased some of the sore muscles in the beautiful hot-tub, or read a book out in the gazebo. The house is fully equipped with everything and anything that you can imagine, the kitchen was a dream to cook in, it definitely felt like home away from home! Staying at the Chateau definitely made our vacation experience 6-star!!!

Our experience at the Chateau was incredible. The facilities are opulent and luxurious, the location can't be beat, and the Landlord flexible and accommodating. If you're looking for THE best house in Pebble Beach. The Chateau should be your first choice.

We have been renting houses when we travel as a family, so much better that a hotel. We had 6 adults (3couples). This house is huge..everyone had their own space and bathroom. This is truly a luxury home and all you will need is for a great vacation home is here.. The location if you are a golfer is perfect, being located almost across the street from the Pebble Beach practice range. The family enjoyed the hot tub, the pool table, the grounds. You are centrally located between Carmel and Pacific Grove with Monterey just 10 minutes away. When we weren't playing golf we had plenty to see and do within a 10 minute drive. The owners are easy to work with and care that your stay is pleasant.

Stayed at the Chateau with 3 golfing buddies. We flew private into Monterrey, played the Preserve and Cypress Point. All my buddies wan't to talk about is the lodgings. The owners could not have been more accommodating nor the home more perfect. We played pool late into the evening. I can't wait to return. Thanks!!!

The Chateau was everything my party and I could have asked for. Every year, my friends and I get away for a weekend to reunite. This year, we decided on the Chateau. We were accommodated so well. The Chateau was perfect. The area is perfect for those wishing to hit the links at the golf clubs around. The Chateau has its own surround sound system that plays throughout the house. The weekend was great and my friends and I agreed this was the best get away we ever had. We would definitely come back.

Amazing 5 days in Pebble Beach! The house was so much more than we expected - it was absolutely gorgeous! It was so well-appointed and decorated.....we felt like royalty. We loved it! The house was so close to EVERYTHING we wanted to see and do. We walked to the little (gourmet) grocery @ Pebble Beach for bagels and juice. The studio was perfect for our 3 teenaged girls. My parents had a GREAT 50th Anniversary, and it was made much more memorable by your beautiful CHATEAU! Thanks again for arranging for the flowers and champagne, it was perfect. We had a wonderful time in the PB area, we enjoyed our vacation soooo much. Best trip EVER.

The Chateau is as beautiful and well appointed as the photographs show. I invited my college pals and their hubbies to fly in for a long Paris-themed birthday weekend. There were 6 couples. We took over the entire compound as we also rented the cottage. First, the most important thing... the beds. They are comfortable! Slept like a baby in the master. I got the thumbs up from every one of my guests, and in case they were just being polite, I did the Goldilocks test. I'm particular about sanitary cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms; the Chateau gets my stamp of approval on that. We walked across the street and down the block a couple hundred yards to play the Peter Hay course at Pebble Beach...how cool is that? Some played Spanish Bay and Poppy Hills, both less than a 10 minute drive. This house would be perfect for any golf tour pro's family or tournament sponsors since you are directly across the street from the Pebble Beach Driving Range. For the birthday dinner we had Nielson's Market in Carmel cook tri-tip and the fixings and deliver. Yummy. I let them suggest the menu and it was delicious! It was a great value. Jill is lovely and was over the top as an inn keeper. Before the weekend I told her we planned to bring martini glasses since they didn't have any. The next email I get she tells me don't bother...she went out to buy them! At first arrival, the fridge didn't seem very cold so we called. Jill immediately arrived to deliver a back up fridge; cheerful and quick. We later guessed it was probably because the fridge had been empty for awhile and we put SO MUCH food in there it didn't get enough time to catch up, because it got very cold before we left. But the extra fridge was nice to have for beverages, etc. I love this home and we're looking for a reason to do another special get away so we can stay there again!!! Thank you, Jill, for opening your home to us for such a special birthday. It was a dream.

I along with 11 other ladies shared this chateau (+ guest studio) over the weekend for girls weekend, and what a treat! The place is amazing...so much better than the pictures. There are so many luxurious details in this home that made us feel so spoiled. Pebble Beach is absolutely gorgeous...the community is full of amazing homes and serene landscapes.
