This spacious & clean Studio offers an excellent opportunity to visit the French Riviera at a reasonable price in beautiful Nice, Côte d'Azur! Conveniently located just two short blocks from the “Promenade des Anglais” where you'll find a series of Beach Restaurants & Bars, Dancing, Casinos and unbelievably warm turquoise waters!
The Studio can easily accommodate 1 couple with 2 children and is now equipped with Wi-Fi.
The famous “Casino” Supermarket is located on the ground floor of the Complex which is a huge plus! It offers ready to go meals, sandwiches and all the usual grocery shopping you’ll need to save time and money during your stay. You can also discover all the goodies of the French Provence, from their wines and cheeses to cold cuts and French pastries. Bring everything upstairs and enjoy on your balcony with a view!
Public transportation to the “Vieux Nice”, Train Station, Airport, and more is a step away from the Condominium Complex.
Parking is available on the street with meters or in the new underground parking garage of the building next door for a fixed fee.
Walking to the end of the “Promenade des Anglais” will take you to the heart of the City and to the famous “Vieux Nice” where most of the fun restaurants & nightlife is located. On your way, you will come across the majestic Hotels of the Riviera and the various organized Beach Establishments. The Promenade is great for a morning jog, bike or skating as well!

We live in Montreal and we are Mediterranean Sea lovers, our kids are too! We've been enjoying summers in Nice for over 25 years. We love the beach just steps away and visiting other destinations within driving distance, especially Italy!
We own another Condominium on the highest floor of the same Complex where we stay. The Studio is our guesthouse. Our son George, currently living in California is managing the Studio rentals. Don't hesitate to contact him for info!
