The cottage is ideally located just a 3 block walk to semi-private Marine Street beach, or another block to world famous Windnsea beach. For evenings, enjoy the 5 block stroll into La Jolla Village where you can visit the many restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and parks.
Although you'll want to enjoy the summer weather BBQing and relaxing on the patio, deck and amazing gardens outside, the house is fully furnished and tastefully decorated inside with modern day luxuries: 42" Plasma HDTV in living room, 32" LCD in master bedroom, cable, Wi-Fi internet, HBO, stereo, DVD. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils a gourmet chef would expect. The home is bathed in sunshine with skylights in four of the rooms.
The comfortable beds are furnished with 600 thread count linens and down pillows/duvets. The master bedroom has a king size bed with views out French windows to the back garden and small waterfall, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed.
