The MacGregor House is a landmark property on Block Island. It sits on a hill and overlooks the ocean on all sides. You can sit in the living room and watch sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean on one side and watch amazing sunsets over Great Salt Pond on the other. Not that we recommend you sit in a chair all day! We are right on Crescent Beach, BI's main beach, which is our only beach with amenities and lifeguards - it is perfect for kids. There also also acres of rolling fields surrounding the property, so you can enjoy the outdoors.
The MacGregor House shares the same peninsula as the Sullivan House, the Beach House and the Ball House. These homes are classic Block Island and while they are private, they are only a short walk to town (10 min - 15 min) via the beach or Corn Neck Road.
Enjoy biking, sailing, fishing, swimming, or just plain sitting around and watching the boats come and go...

The Unique Benefits of this House
The views are incredible and my favorite thing to do is spend time with my family, especially when the extended family gets together, and have boiled lobster on the porch. The kids play ball in the fields, or flashlight tag at night, and we just enjoy the relaxation after a day at the beach.
