Renovated Gulf Shores beach side condo unit, with obstructed gulf side view. New tile flooring with quartz counter tops in the kitchen, dishwasher and microwave. Plush new carpet in the living room with new sleeper sofa and new HD flat screen TV with cable and DVD. The entire site has wifi. Two bedrooms each with queen size beds and flat screen HD TV's. Washer/Dryer. This condo will sleep a total of 6 people. Pool and hot tub access with provided armbands which can be picked up at security. Private parking 1 car per unit (parking pass fee is $12.00 and you get it at the security right in front of your parking spot) limited visitor parking is available. NO pets, NO smoking. 100% of total balance is required as deposit at time of confirmation. All but $100.00 is refundable if canceling within one week prior to arrival.
Family rentals preferred, must be 21y/o.
Discounted weekly rate- seven nights for the price of six.
Memorial Day, 4th July, and Labor Day weekends- $200/night.
Check in time 4pm- Check out time 11am (times are negotiable, especially when the condo is empty the days previous and after rental). Current rate from May through September is $140.00 per night + 11% tax and additional cleaning fee of $73.00. Rates subject to change on holiday weeks and weekends.
January-February rates are $80.00 per night. March-April rate is $110 per night. October-December rates are $80 per night.
Add 11% tax plus cleaning fee of $73.00 to all rentals.
