Come enjoy our brand new place in paradise, "Beaches and Dreams." This is a two bedroom/two bath condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria Island's 7 mile stretch of white sand beach! Watch the dolphins play from your private lanai! We are located at 4200 Gulf Drive, in Holmes Beach, centrally located so that you don't even need a car! We have a free trolley service that runs up and down the island, and even onto Longboat Key to St. Armand's Circle (for an additional 75 cents!).
We have drop dead gorgeous sunsets, wonderful morning walks along the 7 miles of white sandy beach, and a beautifully kept/updated complex that has a large, pavered heated pool.
Inside, we have completely gutted and started over! We have all new large diagonal ceramic tile throughout, with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and wood cabinets. Every amenity is yours! 3 flat screen televisions, including a 40" HD with blue-ray, a built in DVD player for the guest room, and a 3rd flat screen for the king sized master bedroom on the Gulf side. Wake to the sound of the gentle surf in the morning.
King sized bedroom has a private bathroom and shower, guest room has two twins and an adjacent bathroom. Brand new Air conditioning, Hunter fans, furnishings, a sleeper sofa that works in a pinch, and a library of DVD's and CD's for your enjoyment. Wi-fi wireless internet service tops off our amenities. This is like checking into a brand new hotel room/resort (we promise!:).
