Exquisitely designed, Sur La Mer offers 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The first floor features three oceanfront bedroom suites, all with queen beds, top of the line bedding and custom window treatments. And, all with direct access to the oceanfront deck offering a stunning view of the Atlantic, the surf and the beach.
This floor also offers a bedroom perfectly designed for children. With two sets of bunk beds, a pull out queen sleeper sofa, and TV/VCR/DVD, kids absolutley love this hideaway from the adults. We have also provided two gaming consoles, a Nintendo and X Box.
And a fifth bedroom offers a double bed and two additional twin beds with a perfect view of the sunset over the Sound.
The beauty of the reverse floor plan is further revealed on the top floor, where you'll discover panoramic views of the ocean on one side and the intercoastal waterway on the other. In the luxurious oceanfront master suite, you'll enjoy furnishings reminiscent of the British West Indies, a private bath, sitting area and TV/DVD. Coupled with the soothing ocean breeze, this suite provides comfort and serenity for even the neediest vacationer.
The vaulted common area features an English antique pub table that seats ten and a large island for your party to gather around. The gourmet kitchen, with top-of-the-line stainless appliances and solid surface counters, will make vacation mealtimes a simple pleasure. Then congregate, dine or just relax on the broad Trex deck listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean or the separate Onkyo 500 watt digital sound system with outside speakers.
We offer TVs with expanded cable in every bedroom, with HD channels and a DVR reserved for the master bedroom guests. Wireless internet access and free local and long distance calling are also provided.
Sur La Mer features covered parking, wet weather entry, a hot/cold enclosed outside shower and private beach access. A volleyball court, and grill round out the private vacation or getaway experience.

We live in a suburb of Atlanta and absolutely fell in love with North Topsail a few years ago and decided to make the investment in our home away from home.
