Nicely decorated , bright and welcoming, 172 Greens is a three bedroom, three bath townhome and features two separate sitting decks, a dining table which comfortably seats six, and multiple televisions.
All three bathrooms have recently been remodeled.
Bedding is arranged such that the master bedroom is on the main level, with access to one of the spacious decks from its sliding glass doors. This room features a large walk-in closet, a double vanity, a television, a king size bed and bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The other two bedrooms are located on the second level. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and access to a private bath with a new walk-in shower.
The second guest bedroom is furnished with 2 Twin beds. This bedroom has access to a hall bath with a tub/shower combo.
With views of the Brigantine Golf Course, there is a wonderful L-shaped deck that has ample seating and a large grill perfect for those relaxing evenings after a long day in the sun.
Situated around beautiful fairways and manicured grounds, this townhome community is only a short walk to golf, tennis and the beach and provides easy access to the many bike trails in Shipyard Plantation.
These townhomes are two or three bedrooms and offer a spacious floor plan for the vacationing family. Parking is directly in front of each townhome.
