Nicely decorated , bright and welcoming, 172 Greens is a three bedroom, three bath townhome and features two separate sitting decks, a dining table which comfortably seats six, and multiple televisions.
Bedding is arranged such that the master bedroom is on the main level, with access to one of the spacious decks from its sliding glass doors. This room features a large walk-in closet, a double vanity, a television and a king size bed.
The other two bedrooms are located on the second level. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and access to a private bath with a tub/shower combo.
The second guest bedroom is furnished with 2 Twin beds. This bedroom has access to a hall bath with a tub/shower combo.
Situated around beautiful fairways and manicured grounds, this townhome community is only a short walk to golf, tennis and the beach and provides easy access to the many bike trails in Shipyard Plantation.
These townhomes are two or three bedrooms and offer a spacious floor plan for the vacationing family. Parking is directly in front of each townhome.
There is also a private pool in the community for the exclusive enjoyment of the Greens' guests.
