This Greens townhome in Shipyard features two separate sitting decks, a dining table to seat six, and a 47” flat screen TV in the living room. The L-shaped deck includes a gas grill and ample seating and provides views of the Brigantine Golf Course. The main floor also includes the master bedroom, with access to one of the decks. This bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.
Two additional bedrooms are located on the second level. The first is furnished with a king bed, TV and access to a private bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to a hall bath with tub/shower combination.

Situated around beautiful fairways and manicured grounds, the Greens townhome community is only a short walk to golf, tennis, and the beach and provides easy access to the many trails in Shipyard Plantation. These townhomes are two or three bedrooms and offer a spacious floor plan for the vacationing family. Parking is directly in front of each townhome. There is also a private pool in the community for the exclusive enjoyment of the Green’s guests.
