This single Key West style home is completely furnished and situated in a private, wooded community with a tennis court, pool. Two ‘catch and release’ fish ponds one located right outside back porch. The tree-lined neighborhood is family oriented and nicely suited for walking, jogging, and biking.
The pool & tennis area is a one-block walk. The Clearwater communities is a two and a half hour drive from Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington, D.C. Bike to downtown Bethany Beach, about a mile and a half away, and enjoy its wide, sandy beaches, boardwalk, shops and restaurants.
The house is located on a quiet street, with off-street parking for four vehicles, and an outside shower. Outside shed with chairs and bikes for you to enjoy. The home has full kitchen, fireplace, TV with DVD/VCR player Master bedroom has Queen bed, TV, and power room.
There is a covered front deck, and take pleasure in eating on the quiet screened in back porch while enjoying the beautiful pond view. The second bedroom has two full size beds plus one single.
Public beaches are available in Bethany Beach, South Bethany, and at the Delaware Seashore Park and the Fenwick Island State Park. Sport fishing boats are available nearby at Indian River Inlet in Delaware, and Ocean City, Md.
There is also access to golf, boating activities, Jet Ski rentals, crabbing, hiking, and wildlife viewing nearby. Tax-free shopping outlets in Rehoboth Beach 10 miles away. Restaurants are plentiful along the coast from Ocean City, Maryland to Lewes, Delaware. We are 25 miles from the Cape May – Lewes Ferry, and 15 miles from Ocean City.

What a great place. I went down with my nieces, sister-in-law and sister and had a great time!! This house is conviently located to the beach, outlets and Ocean City, Maryland. i will def be going back.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
