  We stayed at the condo Memorial Day Weekend/Week and had an amazing time. The condo is very well taken care of, clean, well maintained, and stocked with essential necessities (even though we brought our own just in case). The area/neighborhood was great, especially for walks at night with my two dogs. Also the proximity to the main strip and beach was fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for better. We all felt at home and comfortable as soon as we walked in, and although the pictures give you an idea of what to expect, I believe you will be pleasantly surprised as you walk-in and realize that it's better than what you had expected. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat, and plan on it!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in May. The condo was very nice and clean with a newly renovated kitchen and a good amount of outdoor space. The condo was also well stocked with paper goods which is rare. We were able to get the WiFi to work as well. The location is great- very close to all of the restaurants and shopping on Rehoboth Avenue yet tucked back in a very nice community. While you could walk to the beach (just under a mile), we drove and had no problem parking not far off the boardwalk since it wasn't the height of the season yet. Our dog had a great time exploring outside and going for walks around the neighborhood. We will certainly be back!

  Newly renovated and has the perfect amount of space for four people and two dogs. And I am particularly thankful for the agent providing us with sheets and towels since I did not bring any, which was totally my fault for not reading the rental details completely. The location is ideal as well and I would highly recommend it. A great unit.

  Overall our stay was nice. My husband and I stayed with our dog for a long weekend. The property is in a quite location and within walking distance to the beach and the shops. It was nice having all of the necessities to cook already there. My only suggestion would be to correct the internet issue as we were not having much luck with getting online and eventually gave up. I would recommend this property and would surely come back.

  I would have given this property an excellent, but the smell of cat urine was very noticeable in the kitchen closet and on the second floor.

  Recommended for: Pet owners.

  Owner response: Pat, I wish you had called me. It wasn't urine, but was coming from the crawl space due to water that penetrated it 2 weeks before during a torrential flooding rain. I thought that the issue had been resolved, but evidently it hadn't been. Had I known it was still there, I would have come over to try to resolve it again.   This is a great property with lots of amenities!!!! We loved that it was dog friendly!!! However, the spiral staircase was a little scary!!! Overall the place was very clean and newly remodeled. It was a great vacation rental!!!

  We had such a nice time at this home; we stayed for two weeks and it was very comfortable with the best location we could have asked for and all the amenities and renovations we needed. The house was clean and has a great floorplan. The only negative is the spiral staircase; it's a tough adjustment but within a few days, the pups and the humans were navigating it ok. We were grateful to have the internet and the cable TV for the rainy days and the pool is lovely when you want a break from the beach. It was a nice surprise to have plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent to use there! Thank you!

  This place was awesome! It is newly decorated with laminate floors, new counter tops and beautiful furniture. The private balcony off the master bedroom was really nice too. Nicely stocked with paper products. The location was great for accessing downtown Rehoboth. We will definitely be back!

  Good location--far enough away from the beach and Rehoboth Avenue to be quiet, close enough to get to the beach, shopping and restaurants very quickly. Very attractive, nicely furnished and quite comfortable. Sunny upstairs in the morning, downstairs in the afternoon. Our daughter's dog came with us and found is very comfortable, too! Andrew, who manages it for the owner, was extremely helpful. We had a wonderful early spring stay here and would definitely think of coming back. The only downside: Narrow spiral staircase leading up to the second floor, which could be a problem for small children or people with restricted movement.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

  Beautiful weather this weekend at Rehoboth! The place was adorable. It was exactly as it was in the pictures, and everything was there for our convenience. Loved the fact that it was so pet friendly too. The doggies LOVED every minute of it. And the owner/realtor couldn't have been nicer. Thank You for making our doggie vacation so fun, easy, and enjoyable!!!
