We love Topsail for its clean uncrowded beach, its miles and miles of clean ocean water and the many family memories made here. Our house is built for extended family living, both indoors and out.
The beach and the sound are both viewable from the porch and a short half block away, and the deep water canal in front of the house is a perfect place to swim, kayak or dock your boat.
Hop on the elevator and choose one of four bedrooms, each with its own private bath. Each room is decorated with comfortable new furniture in its own theme: The Sunset Suite, The Valencia Room, The Charleston Room and The America’s Cup. The expansive porches have comfortable furniture with an area to dine “al fresco” or a daybed for a lazy afternoon nap. There is plenty of outdoor seating for drinks on the veranda as you watch the sunset. The sun room off The Sunset Suite provides a beautiful water view for just relaxing and also has a daybed.
For family time, there is a large common room with a 56 inch flat screen TV to ensure everyone can see and there are plenty of dishes, cooking utensils and seats for dining indoors. The Wet Bar next to the kitchen makes it easy for 2 families to share the house because it has a second full size dishwasher, refrigerator and sink. A 95 lb/day ice maker makes it easy to fill coolers and ensures you don’t have to make a special trip for ice. We’ve tried to make this a vacation for Moms too as groceries can just go on the carts provided and ride up on the elevator to the second floor kitchen.
We are "foodies" and the kitchen is ready for a large crowd and has plenty of appliances and very nice quality cookware.
Joe keeps the palm trees happy and the flowers fed, the landscaping is growing along nicely and you'll have herbs growing on the porch for snipping.
This house was built with extra thick walls, ceilings and insulation for privacy. Internet access makes sure you are not too secluded if you need it. There are games, TVs and DVD players in all the bedrooms, and a DVD library for evening or rainy day activities.

My hubby and I were married right on the pier of this beautifully appointed house. The owners are SO warm and welcoming. Every detail was looked after. The kitchen is simply gorgeous, has everything you could ever want and THEN some! I took several tours of the house when I first arrived. Your eye is drawn to many things-it is elaborately detailed. There is NOTHING that you will need when you rent this house except your clothes and toiletries. Seriously. It is that well kept. The owners are very gracious people. I actually had tears in my eyes when I first walked in the door and saw a framed picture that had mine and my husband's name with the date of our wedding on it. GORGEOUS place. I have been back to Topsail on several occasions since the wedding, and nothing compares to this majestic house. The pictures here do not do the house justice. It was nirvana.Recommended for: People with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Easily one of the nicest houses on Topsail Island. Everything is brand new and the house is clean, fresh and wonderfully decorated. A great place for entertaining friends and family. We really enjoyed our visit; the decorating is beautiful and having the elevator was really nice. We enjoyed the pier and the sound; several Dolphin followed our boat through the sound. What a treat! About the owner: We have enjoyed Topsail for 38 years and have recently built a new home on the southern end of the Island for you to enjoy. Our summer home is in Wilmington, NC, so we are close by if needed.
Why the Owner Chose Topsail Beach:
We chose Topsail for the beautiful beach, the quiet atmosphere and the family activities here. This location on the canal is ideal for its easy access to the beach and the sound. The canal at the front of the house allows direct access to the Topsail Sound boating routes. It also provides the serenity of swimming or relaxing in the water without the boat traffic found directly on the sound-side homes.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, and other water sports or simply walking on the beach when we are here. Mostly, we enjoy spending time with each other. Monopoly and Scrabble are serious games around here. Uno and candyland are probably played more. OK, well Apples to Apples has finally given us a game with an even playing field; the kids are all so much better at Trivial Pursuit. Four bikes and bike helmets are provided.
