- Smoking is prohibited inside the unit!!! Guests are welcome to smoke outside on the covered deck where you are probably going to want to hang out anyway! Low allergen = carpet only in the loft area. All other areas ceramic tile or wood flooring. Central AC unit completely replaced April 2008. Second floor condo, sorry - not handicap accessible, no elevator. Board games, cards, and a small library of books are furnished for your enjoyment. We truly want our guests to have the best vacation experience ever! Low allergen unit with carpet only in the upstairs loft. All other areas are tiled or wood floors. Brand new Central AC unit replaced in 2008. No pets allowed, no smoking. Guests are welcome to smoke on the deck.
