This beach is fantastic and only about 100 yards away..it is a quiet community...that seems like you have your private beach. No vehicles are allowed on the beach. There is a wonderful pool between the condo and the ocean with a very well designed walkway.
There is an outdoor shower for your convenience to rinse off. The pool facility is beautifully maintained and for residents and guests use only. Even though this unit is not directly on the ocean - the Marshside views are spectacular and is approx 100 yard to the ocean.

We stayed at this townhome the week of the TPC golf tournament - May 9-15, 2011. This was a perfect location as we were just minutes from the golf course. The condo was also just a short walk to the beach which we enjoyed. Although some of the bedding was a little dated, it was high quality and comfortable. We found everything we needed in the kitchen for simple dinners "at home" after a long day on the course.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.
