This condo is in Woodhaven Country Club which is a beautifully maintained Guard Gated community. As a guest, you are invited to enjoy the weekly activities and dinners provided to the members while enjoying your stay at Woodhaven Country Club. Sports packages with special rates are available through Woodhaven Country Club during your stay in this condo. Woodhaven's facilities include an 18-hole golf course, a 34,000 square foot clubhouse with dining room, snack bar, pro shop, exercise room (treadmills, elliptical, and weights), steam room and massage services and men's and women's locker rooms. In addition there are eight tennis courts (4 lighted) and a tennis shop. The development offers 4 pools and spas conveniently located at each corner.
In 2011 the homeowners of Woodhaven Country Club purchaed the Golf Club. We are all very excited about this venture and have already been in action. We have purchased 60 brand new golf carts, and new Life Fitness (professional quality) fitness equipment for the fitness center (treadmills, bikes, etc.). It is in the plans to improve the tennis courts and the golf course next year. A lot of wonderful and positive things are happening in Woodhaven Country Club!

We are a young, professional, hard-working and happily married couple who enjoy golf, travelling, fine food and wine and decompressing at our desert get-away as often as time permits.
Why the Owner Chose Woodhaven Country Club
We purchased our Woodhaven condo in 2006, a few months after visiting friends who were renting at Woodhaven. Woodhaven is a safe, gated community with a good mixture of permanent and seasonal/weekend owners.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our condo is very peaceful, quiet, comfortable and in a great location. We are on the 11th green with views on the 12th tee box. We are also conveniently located between two of the community pools.
