Metro Portland Inns - 2 Properties to Choose from
Year Purchased: 2007
Why the Owner Chose Forest Grove
Love it here. Samuel is a successful contractor and I a property manager/realtor in our area and in portland. We love houses. We are hoping to continue current offerings, add a few more and partner with local businesses to grow the attraction to the wineries and our community. We stay well connected to the downtown, university, wineries - our areas establishments.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Friends, Family, Community, Graduations, Weddings, Reunions - that about sums it up - any and all events. We thoroughly enjoy this part of our lives and want others to reap the rewards/benefit of staying together and enjoying time that is not easily obtained any other way. Renting a whole Inn with all the amenities of home is hard to match for certain events/occasions.
Owner's Map of Forest Grove
Period renovation and fixtures/features & modern plumbing, wiring & HVAC. Our vision was to offer space for families/groups to stay at one location with Inn like amenities - Outdoor gathering areas, indoor event facilities and lovely accommodations. Our unique offerrings are in the midst of vineyards, pacific university, downtown forest grove - close to Hagg Lake, Downtown Portland and the Oregon Coast. We want to accommodate families and freinds looking to connect again in a home like atmosphere, individuals who which to relax and get away from the hustle & bustle, tri-athletes, graduates and their families, brides & grooms, any and all groups. Forest Grove has quaint shops, restaurants, brewery, billiards, frisbee golf, theatre and a European feel. Our Inn is another component to those offerings.

November 2008 - Veteran's Day Wkd. What a wonderful place to come back to everyday after wine tasting! The beds are comfy and the double carafe coffee maker was a life saver in the morning. Some favorite places we tasted at: Argyle (for sparkling), Van Duzer, Rex Hill, Elk Cove, and Coelho. Thank you for such a great place!
