Our Inn #2 is a 1915 Craftsman with all new or refurbished mechanical, electrical & surfaces. We remodeled down to the stubs while adhereing to green building. Inns add charm to communities and value to those needing a unique place to stay for large or small gatherings - weddings, reunions, graduations and more.
This Inn has 6 bedrooms & 4 Baths and can sleep 14 people comfortably. The yard is spacious and is conducive to large gatherings with plenty of parking.
We have incorporated many features making it conducive to events - Gardens, Patios, Porches, Fruit Trees, Grape Vines & Herb garden - Wine cabinets, breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances with Gas Stove - gas fireplace on the main level. Lots of built-ins and features that add charm and work well. Functional and Comforrtable.
Our lower level is decorated in a retro 60's/70's style and has a private entrance and its own kitchen, laundry, dining & living areas plus two queen bedrooms and nice sized bath.
The main and upper levels have high ceilings (vaulted in the master), period French doors, door frames and trim from early turn of the century homes (1909 & 1915), concrete counters in kitchen, replicated period bathroom vanities & fixtures, fir floors that have been restored, laundry facilities, storage for gatherings, formal living, dining and kitchen areas.
You will enjoy the use of space, the openness and many amenities in this classic and stylish home and property. We love the opportunity to offer our Inn and serve/accommodate your group and we hope your travels and connections in our area are a memorable experience.

We purchased this home as a remodel. After much deliberation and consultation - we chose to remodel down to the studs and build green - adhering to environmentally friendly means to rehabilitate this old world craftsman home. Our vision was to offer space for families/groups to stay at one location. Our unique accommodations in the midst of wine valleys, pacific university, downtown forest grove - close to Hagg Lake, Downtown Portland and the Oregon Coast - help families reunite and connect again in a home like atmosphere. Ther are quaint shops, restaurants, brewery, billiards, frisbee golf, theatre and a European feel. Our Inns are another component to those offerings.
Why the Owner Chose Forest Grove
Love it here. My husband is a successful contractor and I a realtor in our area and in portland. We love houses. We are hoping to add a few more benefits to our community and customers with our Inns. Dream # 2 is to add a coffee shop to this property and inevitably wine tours. We hope to stay well connected to the downtown, university, wineries - our areas establishments.

We thoroughly enjoy this part of our lives and want others to reap the rewards/benefit of staying together and enjoying time that is not easily obtained any other way. Renting a whole Inn with all the amenities of home is hard to match for certain events/occasions.
