"Chat and Chill" 2 storey vacation rental Tan House.Located on the Southern end of the Island,one of the most quiet areas on the island,about 5 minutes from the Harbour Marina,and adjacent to the South Bar private club.With it's beautiful tropical colors,nice docorative window treatments,verticals blinds for privacy,4 lovely bedrooms,2 Kings,One Twin,One Queen,2 bathrooms with lovely shell mirrors,all done by a native of the island,2 elegant Dinning/living rooms,2 full Kitchens,and a den with full sofa bed,flat screen Tv,CD,and ipod player,internet/cable service,Vebe phone service for long distance calls,2 private entrance,all level has it's own private terrace with lovely crack tile floors,tables and chairs,for relaxing or just to have that early morning cup of coffee.The tropical decor of this house is breath taking,with prints from local artists hinging in every room.
A very large wooden deck,over looking our luxurious garden setting with lovely native trees,perfect for grilling or Dinning,or just to chat & chill during a quiet evening.Hammocks swing from the trees,just for those quiet moments.This vacation home is very spacious and family friendly,and great for celebrating that special occasion,like weddings,anniversaries,and birthdays.All extra activities can be arrange for you while visiting(Please inquire when booking)

I am a crafter by profession,I makes local Bahamian straw bags,and owned a gift shop on lovely Harbour island.My husband is a carpenter/builder,which was a plus for us ,because he built the lovely Chat & Chill.We have one son that is away in collage.We had purchase this piece of property over the years,and thought now was the time to do something with it,so we both decided,that a rental home would make since.We would love!!! to share our hospitality with you,in our new property.Come and let us share with you,our little piece of paradise.
