Our tropical colors,Our great hospitality, Our friendly, and warmth, atmosphere.These are just some of the words to describe such lovely home.This property is consider a home away from home,we offer great comfort to you and your family.We have,4 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms with full bath tubs and shower, 1 out doors shower,2 living/dinning rooms one upstairs and one downstairs,all areas can seat up to eights persons, 2 kitchen with all modern appliances, 2 private porches with great relaxing space for reading or just for a cup of tea, a large wooden deck,here you can grill and Chill over a great evening meal.Or perhaps you are just a small family,but would like to stay with us,please check the second paragraph for info on our units. We do provide internet / cable, wireless service, flat screen Tv for your favorite sports, with DvD player and moves,stero player,with ipod,for your favorite Bahamian music,or your personal tunes, washer and dryer,beach chairs and towels for that stroll or for the day at the beach, hair dryer for after that warm shower.
This home is also kids friendly, and has all amenities that are required for your kids comfort, we can accomodate large groups and families.This property is just minutes from the beach,and is fence and gated in for your own privacy.There is a generator,in case of power failure.We do offer maid service daily except Sunday and Holidays.
So you are not a large family,but would like to stay at our property,that should be no problem,as we have two separate units here,both has its own private entrance.
Upper unit can accomodate up to 6 persons, 2 bedrooms,1 sofa bed in den area ,1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, dinning/living,own private porch.
Lower unit can accommodate up to 4 persons, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, Kitchen, dinning/living,own private porch.Make your choice.,and you won't regret it.The price per units are listed below.
All extra activities, like snorkeling,diving,shelling ,fishing,dinning, ect , can be arrange for you,please inquire when booking.There is a 3 nights minimum stay.So give us a call at all available contacts.

I am a craftier by profession,I makes local Bahamian straw bags,and owned a gift shop on lovely Harbour island.My husband is a carpenter/builder,which was a plus for us ,because he built the lovely Chat & Chill.We have one son that is away in collage.We had purchase this piece of real estate over the years,and thought now was the time to do something with it,so we both decided,that a rental home would make since.We would love!!! to share our hospitality with you,in our new home.
