We have stayed in this house two times and we would like to come back again! It is such a hit with the whole family. They talked about it all year and couldn't wait to go back the 2nd time. You cannot beat the house, the grounds, and the lake view. So quiet and relaxing. We love the covered porches and outdoor furniture. We've travelled quite a bit and can tell you that this house is well cared for and has everything you need to be comfortable and to have such a relaxing time. Thank you Charlotte and Dan :)

Absolutley amazing home, beautiful for our small wedding. Weather was great and the porch is fabulous! October was the perfect time of year to stay!

Our sorority alumnae group held its 6th annual girls camp here and had a wonderful experience. The beds are very comfortable, the scenery beautiful and we all felt such at ease no one wanted to go home when our long weekend was over. I highly recommend.

We spent three days at Chardans Villa and had a great time! We have rented many vacation homes and this one was, by far, the best yet! It has everything you could possibly want to feel at home. It is beautifully decorated and has an incredible view! I cannot say enough good things about the home and the owners! I cannot wait to go back..

We stayed at Char-Dan's last week for three days. It was magnificent! Anything and everything you wanted or needed was at your fingertips. The home is comfortable and beautiful! Thanks so much for everything!!
