Enjoy the unobstructed view of Banderas Bay and the Pacific Ocean from this spacious 2350 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condominium, which sleeps 6, located in the premium River Tower (closest to the beach) of the Peninsula Vallarta Resort.
This unit is on the 6th floor with a large living/dining area and plenty of counter space in the fully-outfitted kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub as well as dual sinks and ample closet space. The second bedroom has twin beds and also has its own private bathroom. Both bedrooms have luxury linens and share a large terrace that overlooks the mountains surrounding Puerto Vallarta. The large den/third bedroom has 2 additional twin beds. There are 2 wide-screen TVs with DVD player should you or the kids want to take a break from the beach, sightseeing and shopping. Twin-to-king converter kits, as well as a Pak-N-Play portable crib are available.
Peninsula Vallarta is a beautiful new resort that is perfectly located on the beach in the heart of the hotel zone. The resort has amenities that include a fitness center, private movie theater, bar/lounge, steam/sauna room, stunning lobby, and a business/computer center that offers free Internet access. An enormous infinity pool overlooks the ocean and mountains and is complete with a full-length wading pool - perfect for children. Palapas and chaises line the beautiful beach. (We provide the beach towels!)
Upon arrival, our property manager will meet you at the airport and drive you the 10-minute ride to our condo. (No charge for this or the return trip to airport!) If you choose to bring or rent a car, underground parking is included with the unit. You can catch the bus (less than 50 cents) at the entrance of the complex or have the concierge call a taxi to pick you up at the lobby. If you don’t want to take the 10 to 20 minute ride downtown, there are many excellent restaurants (and a Starbucks, too) at the Peninsula shopping mall or within walking distance. Supermarkets, Costco and Sams are also nearby.
In season you can watch the whales from the terrace. Then in the evening view the sunsets and nightly fireworks and watch the cruise ships heading out to sea knowing that you have another day here in paradise.
Maid service on a daily or weekly basis is available for a modest additional fee. A washer/dryer and iron/ironing board are included in the unit if you are so inclined. Children are welcome, but smoking and pets are not allowed.

We stayed here for 10 days. The condo is fantastic. The place was very clean and accurately described. The concierge staff at the condo was incredible as well. They routinely went out of their way to help us in any way, including coming up to our condo to make some homemade guacamole for us! I would definitely recommend staying here and wouldn't hesitate to rent from Jim and Carolyn again.

We stayed in this condo at the end of April and it was beautiful! The photos were great but the view in person is amazing! We enjoyed watching all the fireworks and cruise ships coming in from the balcony. We even saw a dophin one late afternoon! The pool area was quiet, comfy, and relaxing as well. Carolyn is great and provides all the information you need during the booking process. Thanks we had a wonderful time and hope to come back again.

Hi Carolyn and Jim, A quick note to let you know that our family really enjoyed staying in your big, beautiful condo! The furnishings/layout was better than expected, the view was fabulous, and the proximity to town, shopping, and restaurants was just right. It was so convenient to walk for groceries, and taking local transit was fun and easy. Unlike all inclusive resorts, the beach area in front of the pool and the pool itself was never crowded. The kids really enjoyed going to the spa to relax in the jacuzzi and massage chair! We had a lovely week and I'm sure we'll book your place again. Thank you!

Happy New Year Carolyn Sitting here at work in the Toronto cold makes me think about the great time we had in PV. We really enjoyed your unit and the Peninsula. Sabrina was fantastic. She helped us confirm our return flights and picked us up at 6:30 on Sunday morning always with a smile. The return flights went smoothly on time even with all the security concerns. We flew American and changed planes in Dallas. We have passed you name on to a friend who is interested in coming down to PV this winter. I am not sure when. They have your email. I did a walk thru with Sabrina as we left to show her we left the unit in good shape. Thanks again. We will do it again.

Just got back from staying at this beautiful property. I never wanted to leave. In the morning I would sit on the oceanfront balcony, sipping coffee watching the boats and waves and even the dolphins swim by, trying to plan my day of activities which were always delayed as I didn't want to leave. The property owner and manager made me so welcome. My sister stopped by to compare properties and said she wants this one next year! Everyone who walks in seems awestruck by the view! I will be back.
