30 Haul Away is located in Palmetto Dunes Resort on an 11 mile waterway which you can canoe and fish for miles. We are an easy 7 minute walk to the beach. We are also walking distance to the Marriott Resort and general store. Palmetto Dunes is a private gated community that offers a full range of vacation activities which include: golf, tennis, beach activities, spas, kayaking, biking, fishing and restaurants.
This spacious and well-lit waterfront home features magnificent views of the waterway which overlooks a luxurious pool and deck for total relaxation. It contains 4 comfortable bedrooms, 4 full baths, a two car garage and a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped for serious cooking! We purchased this home and it was completely renovated in June, 2009. Our designer purchased everything new from the carpet down to our 400 thread count sheets! Everything is new!! Each bedroom has a flat screen television and a CD/DVD player. The great room has a new high-definition flat screen television and surround system sound/AM/FM/CD/DVD/IPODI and a WII game player! We have free wireless internet throughout the home.
The back of the house opens up to a beautiful infinity pool with a waterfall and spa. There is a large deck area around the pool and a captivating view of the 11 mile long fishing and boating waterway. Fish from your own private dock or from our canoe. You can rent kayaks and bikes from the nearby Palmetto Dunes Outfitters.
We have used our best efforts to create a wonderful vacation experience for you, your family and friends. My housekeeper has worked for me in my home for 17 years. The house is in like new condition. The kithen and bathrooms were updated with new cabinets and granite. The view is over looking the pool and waterfall into a private dock on a 11 mile fishing & boating lagoon. We have a free canoe for your use. The beach is within easy walking distance.
