This is a large 1500 Square Feet Town Home Villa. You will enjoy the roominess and laid back atmosphere that makes you feel far away from all your cares. Yes, you feel as you are 1000's of miles from your business and duties.
Pool view off balconies on East side - Master Bedroom and Living Area. Watch the children swim as you read a book and relax - sip a glass of wine and watch the sea gulls flying. All your troubles and woes left behind for another day. Picture the sun setting. Grill on the bottom patio and smell the wonderful aroma. Walk over to "Foxy's Bar and Grill" for an afternoon drink to set the mood. (Babysitting services offered by management at a fee.)
This beautiful two bedroom, 3-bath villa is plenty of space for a large family or friends to share.
The master bedroom has a luxurious King bed and private bath/shower with dressing area. You are able to walk out from sliding floor to ceiling length glass doors on to a private large balcony that overlooks the pool and tennis courts. The second bedroom is set up with two sets of bunk beds to sleep four adults or children. These are nice, heavy-duty large frame bunk beds (not just for children.) A private bathroom with shower and dressing area adjoins this bedroom.
Upstairs in the hall closet is a built in washer and dryer for your convenience.
On the first level of the townhome are the Kitchen-bar Area, Dining Area, and Living Room Area. A separate full bath is on this level for your convenience. A large sleeper sofa and love seat is in the Living Area. The kitchen is fully loaded for your convenience. Make yourself at home away from home and enjoy the atmosphere.
The Tennis Courts are well maintained for your convenience. Enjoy the beautiful landscaping around the spacious grounds. This Pleasure Villa Complex has an adult pool and a kiddie pool.
You have all the fabulous restaurants close by with any type of dining you prefer from fast food to elegant. The Tanger Mall Outlet Center is fifteen minutes away with all the wonderful places to shop.
If you are a golfer-- nine signature Golf Courses are nearby. Gulf Shores is known as "Golf Heaven." Water amusement parks are here to entertain the young and old. The Track is a fun go-cart place to take the kids and young at heart. The Hang Out at the intersection of Hwy. 59 and the beach road is the "in" place to be.
The sugar white beaches that Gulf Shores is known for will be a lasting memory imprint long after this vacation has passed. Brick sidewalks connect the villas and the pool area and tennis court area. The brick sidewalks lead to the deeded beach access with a board walk for your convenience. The traffic is less busy here on West Beach area and very easy to cross the 2 lane beach road to be on the beach with the waves rolling in and out. You continuously have a cool breeze being close to the water.
Small House Pets may be approved with separate pet fee. In the past, pets were not allowed.

We really enjoyed staying at this townhouse. It was really nice and clean. We were able to take our 2 Yorkies and that really meant a lot to us. There was a lot of space. We didn't feel crowded at all. The pool was real nice and the beach was a 5 min. walk away. The owners were really very nice and personable. Hope we can stay there next year. The only thing that I was concerned about was that you could not take dogs unless you stayed a whole month. But we did, but don't know if we could stay that long next year. Nice restaurant close by.
