House is located on Easton's Point across the street from First Beach and the Atlantic Beach Club. There are several restaurants and stores within a short walking distance so there will be no need to drive.
The house is a Large Victorian Duplex. This rental includes both condo units (divided vertically). A common hall way allows it to become one big house for friends and family (or it can be locked-off if you prefer privacy).
Downstairs three 3 bedroom/2 bathroom has a wrap around furnished porch , dbl sleeper sofa in the living room, full kitchen, dine in living room, sliding door access to porch. Upstairs 2 level 4 bedroom 2 bathroom unit has a furnished balcony with peaks of the ocean and an open view over the estuary to Newport. The lower level of the top unit has a kitchen, dine in living room, 2 bedroom, 1 bath. 2nd level of unit has 2 more bedrooms with shared bath between. The property has a large off street parking area for guests and also an outside shower to wash of after your walk back from the beach.
We have a small landscaped front yard with pebbled sitting area. The backyard & BBQ area has the best view of the ocean and there is a path behind the house which shortcuts to the beach. Perfect for family reunions, wedding groups, or a weekend with good friends.

I love this house because of its location. I spend my time off in the summer at the cottage of the property behind the house. The beach is so close you can hear the waves and the beautiful community which surrounds the area just comes to life in the summer.
