The great thing about our home is it is off the main track of traffic on the Ranch. In the winter you may be the only family on our street enjoying the freshly fallen snow.
When at the ranch our house has become the center of entertainment within our group of friends. We feel this is because the house is easy to entertain in and has so many places for people to hang out. We have both a sun deck on the front of the house overlooking the golf course and a year-round covered deck off the family room. Our yard is large enough for kids to play in. We have 5 bikes in the garage and the home is centrally located on the ranch so you can easily walk or ride to Big Meadow Club house or the lodge pool and recreation barn.
When looking for a home on the ranch many years ago we drove by this home and remarked "now that house we really like!" We had no idea it was even for sale at the time but within days we had made a successful offer and have never regretted our decision--we are very happy with our home and know you will be too.

I chose to buy at Black Butte Ranch because it is a wonderful year round destination resort. The climate in Central Oregon make this resort usable all year round with winter & summer recreational activities, all within a short distance of the ranch. Black Butte has a long term reputation for being a family orientated family resort.

The home's location at the ranch is in a secluded area which makes it very peaceful yet our location makes our home close to all major activity centers. One of the features of this home is year round usable covered deck for entertaining.
