The Mobile Bay Cottage (Honeymoon Cottage) is on Magnolia Avenue in downtown Fairhope.
It is conveniently located two blocks from the center of downtown and has a view of Mobile Bay and the Historic Fairhope Pier from its private courtyard.
It is a wonderful spot for vacations, business travelers, or wedding parties due to its proximity to the picturesque bluffs of Mobile Bay. The cottage provides a "front row seat" to the numerous Fairhope activities, such as the Pops Orchestra, that take place on the beach.
It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Cable and internet included. There is 3 night minimum; it can also be rented by the week or month. Owner pays $150 of the monthly utilities and tenant will pay any utility costs not covered by the $150. Additional security deposit for utilities is required for long-term rentals.

Year Purchased: 2003
Suzanne Winston has been renovating single family homes since 2001. She began remodeling cottages in Fairhope’s popular “Fruit and Nut” district. During the next two years she successfully completed 11 projects. She is a member of Fairhope's Historic Preservation Committee and has been appointed to the local Zoning Board of Adjustment and Appeals. She owns and manages several rental units, 213 apartment units, and has personally conceptualized, managed and developed two neighborhoods.
