Location: Summertree Village, Myrtle Beach Central North, Myrtle Beach, Grand Strand - Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA (Close to the Airport But Much Closer to the Ocean)
Accommodations: Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6)
Summertree Village is a community of large, spacious two bedroom condos. Each condo has a full kitchen, living room area and screened in porch and mine has two. The condo is almost 1200 square feet which is larger than most 3 bedrooms in the beach area. Both bedrooms are large and with the fold out coach can easily sleep six adults.
Each condo boasts its own washer and dryer and central air conditioning. Although Summertree Village is just a few minutes walk to the great Atlantic Ocean, the complex has a covered, heated pool where you can swim all year-round. Swim in the large outdoor pool or bask in the hot tub.
Enjoy fine dining at any of the terrific restaurants which are minutes away. Visit the incredible Barefoot Landing, the outlet store complex just a few minutes away. And don't forget the golf with one course less than a mile away and many more just minutes from the condo. Please note that pets, motorcycles or trailers are not allowed.

Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2006
This is the family - pretty big sports. Golf of course, but co-ed softball on Fridays is a family staple. I work for the Detroit Pistons and we attend plenty basketball games but love the Tigers as well.
Why the Owner Chose Summertree Village
The weather is number one followed by the beaches and who could leave out the golf. Just a ton of choices and a million things to do for kids of all ages.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Just a short walk to the ocean yet you can come back to Summertree and relax at the outdoor pool which is surrounded by huge trees for shade if desired. There is also the indoor pool for the late in season or winter vistors. And of course there is the GOLF. Every kind of challenage and price competitive.
