This beautiful custom home is located at 105 W. Aviation Ave. Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948(this is at the 8.5 mile marker and is in a great centrally located section of the Outer Banks) We rent from Suday - Sunday to make the commute into and out of the Outer Banks less time consuming.
Featuring 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this house can comfortably accommodate 10 people. The Bedroom layout is as follows:
Bedroom 1: King Bed, Full Bathroom Accessible directly from bedroom and from hallway.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Private Full Bath.
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed.
Bedroom 4: Pyramid Bunk Bed (Twin-Size Top, Double-Size Bottom plus Pull-Out Trundle Bed).
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a hall full bathroom.
The First Floor of the house features a game room with a pool table and television and a half bath.
The Second Floor includes Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 listed plus laundry area and deck.
The Third Floor includes Bedroom 1, Full Kitchen, Great Room with Dining Area, Bathroom and Enclosed Porch. A 42" flat screen, high-definition TV is new for the 2012 rental season, along with wireless internet and unlimited long distance in the US.
Great Room has comfortable couch and loveseat, large TV with cable, DVD Player, VCR and Stereo with CD.
From the Porch, guests can climb stairs to the Sky Deck located above the house's roof which gives incredible views of the Ocean and Wright's Memorial Monument. Sky Deck also includes Adirondack Chairs, Table and Benches.
Each bedroom features comfortable beds, vibrant colors and wall-mounted TVs.
Wireless Internet, unlimited long distance in the US and a 42" high-definition flat screen in the living room and a 42" high-definition flat screen in the master bedroom have been added for the 2012 rental season.
There is an outdoor enclosed shower with hot and cold water for people to use when returning from the beach.
The entire home is tastefully decorated in a beach-theme.
Linens are available for renters as long as they are laundered before leaving. (NOT included in cleaning fee)
This home is bordered by the Federal National Park that houses the "Wright's Memorial." The home is on the west side but still only three blocks from the beach. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood that is safe for children and peaceful for adults. This house is sure to please any family and their budget!

We Enjoy our trips to the Outer Banks of North Carolina whenever we have time to get away for a long weekend. However, when we are unable to be there, we are excited to share this beautiful home and community with others.

The Outer Banks offers a fantastic getaway from the city and is an easy drive from where we live. The properties and cost of living in the Outer Banks are reasonably priced and the locals are very friendly.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The property is located next to the Wright Brothers Monument and has an unbeatable view of this historic icon. The beach is within easy walking or biking distance. Also nearby are great shops, restaurants and entertainment. The house is on a quiet street perfect for adults to relax and children to play. The view from our Sky Deck is priceless!

The house is very clean and comfortable. It has all the amenities, to make your stay enjoyable. The crows nest is great. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Awesome House ! Breathtaking views from the top of the crows nest. Close to everything. Within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Very clean and well decorated. The pool table is a great plus! Been there once and plan on going back this summer. Can't wait !
