This contemporary style condo is a great destination for families to enjoy what the Mount Washington Valley area has to offer for every season . While it is close to all the major attractions, the condo is located on 20 acres of land, in a quiet private area with access to the Saco River.
There is plenty of room for everyone, the condo has a spacious 1400 Sq Ft of living area, with an outdoor locker for you to put your equipment in, and has a private driveway with lots of space for your cars.
To make your stay more convenient clean towels and linens, pillows, blankets, dish detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc are all provided. A high chair, pack-and-play, children books, and board games are readily available for your use.
A beautiful ground level that has a layout where the kitchen, dining room, and living rooms are in the open. Having the open concept layout, family members can be in different rooms and chat with one another across the rooms while enjoying MP3 music and the warm heat from the wood stove under the cathedral ceilings. There are three sliding doors which let in lots of sunlight and lead you to the two outdoor decks, where you can grill on the gas grill. The Cambridge Soundworks table stereo system allows you to connect your MP3 player to and listen to your favorite music.
The kitchen has a full size oven/range, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, and is fully equipped with eating and cooking ware. The breakfast bar seats 4 and the dining table seats 6, and if that is not enough there is a folding table with 4 folding chairs. There is plenty of space to add the folding table along the dining room table.
The second floor oversees the openness of the living room area of the ground floor. Here are the two bed rooms and a bathroom with a skylight window, letting in brilliant sunlight. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two bunk beds. Each bunk bed has a twin over a full. One full bed has a futon which can be folded to a couch. The other bed has a full size mattress.
The finished basement with another wood stove allows the family to enjoy the movies in the entertainment center area that has a stereo, 27” TV with cable, DVD and VCR players. There are convertible beds that can accommodate 5 more people, a queen size pull-out couch, a trundle bed (a full), and a twin size pull-out love seat.
For your convenience there is a full washer and dryer available.

We spent a week at this condo and had a great time. I found it to be clean, roomy and well stocked, making it a home away from home for us. I loved the amount of space we had to all "spread" out. The river was great...my kids loved it. I was grateful for the AC on the hot days and the wireless internet so I could send my friends pictures and video clips of things we had done each day. We plan on going back next year and maybe spending two weeks at this place. I highly recommend this unit for any size family. We brought 8 of our children and we had plenty of room and never felt cramped.

We're wrapping up a week's stay here, and I'm taking a moment to write this review. I'd highly recommend this house for a number of reasons. It's both nice and a great value, it's in a peaceful setting, and as a bonus, it's stocked with things like dish soap, paper towels, spices, etc. These may seem like small things, but it's great to not have to worry about them when traveling. If you're not familiar the the area, know that one of the best things about this property is the location: it's right by the crossroads (16/302 split) of the White Mountain region. If you want quick access to North Conway, to Pinkham Notch, to Crawford Notch/Bretton Woods -- all in the same trip -- this location can't be beat. The owners are very nice and thoughtful, too. Great place for kids. I'd be happy to stay here again.

Our family stayed here just last week (July 10-17, 2010). It is definitely the best condo we have ever stayed in on a vacation. Actually better than a lot of hotels we've stayed in. The condo is extremely clean and has any and everything you need. I personally loved your air conditioners. They were so quiet and worked so well. The location is great. We have two kids under the age of five, and being a couple minute drive to Storyland was awesome. It was also nice being only 10 minutes from the North Conway village with all the shops and outlet shopping. We also enjoyed Echo Lake and Diana's Bath, great places to cool off. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone, and already have to a couple of friends.

My family of four (girls ages 6 & 8) stayed here for 1 week in June 2010. The condo was spacious, well stocked and immaculate. We stayed very busy (Santa's Village, Attitash, Lost River, local hiking and shopping) and the location was convenient. Many restaurants are close by to the condo, as well as a supermarket / grocery store. We also hiked through the woods in the back yard to the Saco River. This was a very short hike and the river was beautiful. Ellen was very helpful in providing 'local' information and tips.

Had a great 4 day break here. Not sure if home away from home is accurate as it was better equipped than our home! Very clean, very organized, excellent instructions. 5 mins from Storyland so the kids were more than happy. Will have to come back again to explore the area more - so much to see and do. Big thanks from us!
