UNIT SIZE AND QUALITY: ****(4 Stars). This 600 square foot oversized condominium is ideally located on the north side of Expedition Station and faces the mountains and ski slopes. You will enjoy these amazing views from the living room, bedroom, and balcony. The master bedroom features a NEW KING sized bed, new bedding, and TV with cable.
The living room will comfortably seat 5 people and features a beautiful gas fireplace, 40 inch flatscreen TV with DVD player, and a Sony CD player to listen to your favorite music. The full kitchen has all of the essentials you will need to cook a meal away from home. The owners have purchased items that many condos do not have including a crockpot, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. There is also free Wi-Fi and a free ethernet connection if your computer is not equipped with Wi-Fi capability. This condo sleeps 6 people with the two twin inflatable mattresses.
VIEWS **** (4 Stars) This condo has many windows that will allow you to enjoy the breathtaking mountain views from the living room and bedroom. From the balcony, you will enjoy views of the mountains, as well as views of the skiers coming down Dercum Mountain.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES ***** (4 Stars) It is a 2 minute walk to the heart of River Run Village where you will find excellent businesses including restaurants, shopping, bars, winter and summer sports rentals, and great people watching. It is approximately a 3 minute walk to new, high-speed, eight person gondola. If you wish to explore other parts of Summit County (e.g. Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne), the free Summit Stage shuttle picks up in front of the building.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES ****(5 Stars) Expedition Station was completed in the late 90’s and is one of the more exclusive buildings in the resort. The building features two, high-speed elevators that service 91 condominiums. There is an access controlled underground heated garage. Laundry facilities are located on all floors of the building. Expedition Station has a beautiful lobby with cozy couches, gas fireplace, pool table, and game tables. This building also features a year-round heated pool, an eight person hot tub, fitness center, and a steam room for guests’ enjoyment.
NEW FOR 2011: For an additional fee we now offer XBOX 360's, Playstation 3's, Nintendo Wii's and the NEW iPad 2. Rent one of these amazing devices and let your kids have a blast while you relax. We deliver and setup the devices for you. iPad 2's are connected to all the Wi-Fi signals in the resort. So take it where you want and have FUN! Bring your own games or rent them from us.

Why the Owner Chose River Run, Expedition Station
River Run Village is the newest area of Keystone and festivals and events are just a short walk away from Expedition Station. It is walking distance (150 yards) to the new, high-speed gondola, and the building has free heated parking under the building. When I am staying here, I don't have to drive anywhere. Everything I need is just a short walk from the condo.

I have stayed in Keystone for years and in many different buildings. This condo was one of the nicest. It has a new flat screen T.V. in the living room. There is a nice large balcony with good views. Best of all the there is a brand new king size bed with new bedding. It was the best weeks sleep I ever had. I have got to get a new mattress at home

I have stayed in Keystone for years and this is one of the best units I have ever stayed in. The owner has completed many upgrades. The views from the balcony were great. The unit has a new 40 inch flat screen over the fireplace and there is a brand new high quality pillowtop king sized bed in the master with great new bedding. There were lots of towels and the kichen was fully stocked. Not really anything to say negatively. The management company was great to work with and we had the best time in 10 years.
